Vetting

Every member is checked before they are let in.

A pre-qualification process assessing both current and future performance means every company in the Network has the potential to deliver real business. That is what makes a directory worth reading.

  1. Financial stability
  2. Industry reputation
  3. Current performance
  4. Future potential
  5. Service standards

Before you apply

The questions everyone asks.

Is my pricing visible to my competitors?

No. Rate cards are shared only with members you choose, and net rates and commission terms never appear on your public profile. Quotes are visible to the buyer who requested them and to nobody else. You can also check exactly what any member can see using the preview tool inside the platform.

How much time does this actually take?

Setting up a profile takes about four minutes. After that, most members spend ten to fifteen minutes a week — keeping their profile current and answering the enquiries that fit. Declining one takes a single click and is not held against you.

What if my application is turned down?

We will tell you why, and what would change our answer. Most rejections are about trading history rather than size, so if you are newly established we will usually invite you to reapply rather than close the door.

We already exhibit at IGTM and belong to IAGTO. Why this as well?

Those are events. They are four days a year and they work. GTN is what happens in the other three hundred and sixty. Most of our members belong to at least one trade body — the Network is where the follow-up, the contracting and the off-season business actually gets done.

Can we be both a buyer and a supplier?

Yes. Outbound and inbound operators get two profiles under one membership and one invoice, with a toggle to switch between them. You are never billed twice.
